Those who gain power with the role of gender gain power with the role of gender. In my life experience, this is always the truth. I am watching it in my daily life at work. I coincidentally work with purely gender-based people. It is not talking about sex instead of sex. However, there are two ways to do this. It also works with different type of power supply. It is a very broad statement that people are using gender role to gain power.

People often acquire a role of gender through social interaction rather than genes to acquire the role of gender. When humans are born, people are given a small gender concept. Politeness and appropriate actions are mainly learned through social interaction with others and mutual relationships. Our gender identity is built through interactions or experiences of people in parents, media, school, work, or family, society can affect our gender identity. Depending on the way of growth, there is a possibility that it will have a big influence on growing behavior. Media can affect every aspect of human life, lifestyle, fashion, appearance, behavior. Society is not genetic or biological ability, it has the ability to change behaviors and people's view
