The Unjustified Fight for Independence in America

America's first settlers believed in the revolutionary right. They believe that if their rulers become tyranny, people will resist and be obliged to stand independent from their rulers. They also believe that in this case, people need to declare "reasons for separation" (Declaration of American Independence). Therefore, when the settlers declared independence from the UK, they raised some independence declaration or some power abuse in the Declaration of Independence to justify the American revolution.

After a long period of colonial conquest, the 18 th century saw the establishment of an independent American country. The Latin American Revolution and the American Independence Struggle eliminated the power of the colonial state and at the same time developed various forms of the Republic which were reduced more or less. But as far as Canada is concerned, history has undergone a drastic change. Unique colonial state and monarchy imposed by the British Empire on Canadian territory in the early 18th century was not overthrown in the Americas.
