The United States Government System

Many criminal offenses are handled by state courts, but if the lower court system is rectified, it is handled by the State Supreme Court. The rules of the Supreme Court are binding rules, but if the consistency of the judgment is contested, the trial can be submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
