The United States Federal Government in the Beginning

In the early 1830s, the United States grew and established federal authority, establishing dominance over the state. Over time, it became clear that everything is gathered up with a newly approved Constitution. The United States is a new country trying to operate the government efficiently and smoothly. Only 24 states were allowed to enter the United States. All of these are located mainly in the eastern and southern regions. Land began to be occupied by many new settlers trying to build from scratch.

The Federal Government (US federal government) is the central government of the United States and the Federal Republic of North America and consists of 50 states, one federal district, five major autonomous regions, and several island real estate . The federal government is composed of three departments: legislative, administrative and justice, whose authority is conferred by the US Constitution, Congress, President, and Federal Court. The powers and responsibilities of these branches are further defined by parliamentary actions, including the establishment of administrative departments and courts which are inferior to the Supreme Court.

The federal government system in the United States shares power between the federal government and the state government. Our political regime demands that the federal government and state governments have their own trial system. Thus the Constitution stipulates that the federal government is the best in giving its powers, but the state remains the best in the problem reserved for them. Both the federal government and the state government are requesting to apply their own trial system.

The federal government system divides government authority into state system and power system between state and local government. The US Constitution establishes Federalism, also known as federalism. Under the federal system, all levels of government have sovereignty in certain areas and power in other areas. For example, both federal and state governments have the authority to collect taxes. Only the federal government can declare war. Federalism and federalism define the basic structure of the US government. There are many differences in the Constitution establishment meeting. Many participants expressed concern that the central government was too strong and many delegates expressed concern that state rights would continue only in the form of weak governments under this provision. The Constitution established a federal government system (federal system) as a compromise. Under federalism, power is shared and distributed between state and provincial governments.
