Demographics outside insurance have changed, including many working families who can not join health insurance. Over the past decade, the cost of health insurance has increased dramatically. Employees and employers spend over 100% (Caesar Family Foundation and Health Research and Education Trust, 2011). By lowering physical, social and spiritual health, we can not influence individuals, families and communities. Their quality of life will decline without preventing diseases and disorders and discovering or treating their health conditions.
However, the total cost of insurance excluding insurers is not limited to the service fee paid by themselves. The average medical expenses of uninsured and uninsured are lower than the insured family and the fully insured families. Although this "lost" use is hidden from view, it may be expensive from the standpoint of subsequent physical disorders, disability and premature death (IOM, 2002a). When uninsured people use medical services, they and their families are often more likely to be at a lower income-related cost of care compared to their higher income with insured families It is represented in excess. For those who are not covered by insurance, usage is likely to lead to higher cash expenditure and greater financial pressure (IOM, 2002b)
Ethnic minorities and children are not overly safe. In 2014, 7.6% of non-Hispanic whites had not joined insurance, 11.8% of blacks did not have insurance, 9.3% of Asians, and 19.9% of Hispanics joined There was not. The Kaiser Family Foundation found that about 80% of the uninsured are US citizens. Of the children, 6% are not insured in 2014. These children are five times more likely to be in the absence of a doctor for more than two years, with a probability of 10 times that of the insured's children who do not need medical care.
The current health system in America is in such a bad state. Based on interviews with 120 male and female insured persons, healthcare providers, policy makers and US supporters, they discussed the impact of insurance absence. In the United States, over 40 million people are not covered by insurance. And they detail what it means to society as a result of inappropriate medical care for so many people. They analyzed the US employment market and the number of long-term employment opportunities for health benefits.
