Profit Organization The characteristic of politics is whether these organizations can encourage decision makers and participate in the decision-making process. Iron Triangle is a virtual arrangement between the three elements (the corners of a triangle) of interest groups, committee members or chairpersons, and agencies within the bureaucratic organization. Each element is symbiotic with the other two elements, and it is difficult to input elements other than triangles.
