The Ukranian Genocide

Massacre of Ukraine "When a person dies, this is a tragedy, thousands of people will die of statistics" - this is the word of Joseph Stalin. Those who surrender and overcome the ability to intervene beyond outsiders "(Altman 41). The Soviet government claimed that the famine of 1932 - 33 was caused by "a state of human being uncontrollable." It was a misery of collective effort, but it was an unintended result (Altman 47).

To prevent genocide, you must understand it first. We must study and compare genocide and develop a practical theory on the process of genocide. There are numerous genocide research centers conducting this important work such as Australia, Brussels, Copenhagen, Jerusalem, Montreal, Memphis, Minneapolis, New Haven, Nottingham etc. However, studying genocide is not enough. Our next job is to establish international organizations and political will to prevent them. Four institutions are needed: an early warning center, a conflict transition program, permanent forces for rapid intervention and the International Court of Justice

Genocide is an important theme in international relations. Genocide means killing thousands of people from different ethnic groups, races, religions, or groups of countries. After seeing the feature documentary on "Genocide: Worse Wars", I learned about the current massacre and how many people were affected at that time. In this video, I will first explain what genocide is and what is worse than war.

The 1948 UN Convention on Prevention and Punishment of Genocide defined the massacres. In this case, the act constitutes a genocide, if the act is "to destroy populations, ethnic groups, ethnic groups or religious groups in whole or in part". Although this is a legally applicable definition of genocide, the term genocide is preceded by the 1948 treaty, and in part due to the practical difficulty of proof of "intent" this definition There are few scholars who are completely satisfied with. For decades, scholars have proposed a series of alternate definitions and arguments about the composition of "genocide".
