The American educational system and dangerous young students are becoming predictors of future success and stability on the day of good education. About half of American youth activities endanger them and compromise their ability to succeed (Lingren, 1997). Not all of these teenagers drop out of high school or eventually go to town.
A: Some of the problems I encountered in education were political issues and administrative management, lack of student motivation, and issues related to modern American education systems. The American contemporary education system shortens the time to talk with students, so the professor will not play a leadership role with the students. Therefore, the professor does not affect the students. I think the role of the professor is beyond textbooks. They should influence students in other aspects of life like morality
In this episode of "TED Talk" by Ken Robinson, a British-born professor explains why the American education system is still stagnating and can not meet the needs of students. Robinson began his argument: "In the past 125 years, the American education system was accompanied by the same curriculum." The school unconsciously transformed creative thinking into memory to satisfy the admission standards of universities across the country. The educational system marks failure as unacceptable; instead, the generation of children is afraid to take risks. Mr. Robinson said, "Failure is essential to success, they ignore the ability to grow and think when students think that there is no choice to make a mistake." In many parts of the country, the dropout rate of high school is over 60% of the graduates. Mr. Robinson also pointed out that "The current education system deprives students of creative thinking, we are all born."
Reform the visa system so that international students who are educated at American universities can stay. In its first class higher education system, the United States simply attracts and educates some of the best students in the world by refusing those students after working as a work visa and asking them to leave. In short, the current immigration control system provides a great many obstacles to the world's top talents, especially in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). We have to adjust the rules so that international students studying at American universities will stay, work, and contribute to our economic growth. For reform, it is necessary for graduates from abroad STEM who graduated from a higher education institution in the United States to obtain a visa for staying in the US after they receive a recruitment.
