The writing of the US Constitution has a big vision of creating a strong country. The Bill of Rights document is written and it provides the rights to everyone. Constitutional writers of hypocrites who did not obey what they had talked about. Thomas Jefferson insists that "all are equal", but there are slaves. When he wrote the Constitution, the founder did not even think of slavery. They have been occupied to bring southern countries to union and to sign a new constitution.
After the war, the slaves were released. The 13th, 14th and 15th amendments of the US Constitution prohibit slavery, discriminate against and discard voting rights (Appendix A). These former slaves received not only the same opportunities and rights as white but also promises of land and scorpion. However, even though these laws exist, they are still unfairly treated. African Americans are very poor as slaves and freedom does not make them wealthy. Most people do not receive their land, so they have to go back to work for Caucasians. Laws were introduced to prevent black voting. They have to pass the literacy test and be able to pay the National Tax. Only when their grandfather can vote, they can skip these two tests. Legal Reason - The US Constitution does not prohibit slavery - foreign imports of new slaves will not end in 1808. There is no mention of the use of slavery in the Constitution or its death.
