The preface laid the foundation of the Constitution (Archives.gov). It clearly communicates the purpose of the setter and the purpose of the document. The preface is an introduction to the Supreme Act, which is not a law. It does not define the government's power or personal rights
The establishment of justice was the first of five goals outlined in 52 fields drafted by constitutionalists within 6 weeks during the hot summer of Philadelphia in 1787. They found a way to agree on the following basic principles:
"Ministry of Constitution to build a more complete alliance, establish justice, secure domestic quietness, promote general welfare, and ensure the grace of freedom for ourselves and its descendants"

One of America's greatest contributions to the world is the US Constitution, perhaps the most influential part of the US Constitution is its preface. Therefore, tracking its origin and legal status is particularly meaningful. The current preamble is different from the first preface published at the Philadelphia conference in 1787. The first preface did not include the famous phrase "We are Americans" and contained a state as a source of authority; it did not specify the purpose of the Constitution.
Section 1 describes the concept of preamble based on qualitative research on the preface of 50 common law and civil law countries. Section 2 explains the origins of the American preamble and its legal status. Chapter 3 introduces the three types of legal functions of the preface: etiquette - symbolicism used to integrate national identity but lacking a binding legal effect; the preface is legal interpretation and I will be given a leaders role in interpretation of the Constitution. And substances where the preface is an independent source of constitutional rights. Section 4 explains the importance of the preface agreed by the parties, the outline of the risks inherent in the nonconfusing foreword, and the pros and cons of the design of the preamble.
What is the preamble of the Constitution? And how is it classified? In formal terms, the preface constitutes an introduction to the Constitution and usually has the official title "Foreword" or its equivalent title of 1, and in other cases it does not seem to have a title. The official classification provides easy and technical identification of the preamble. In addition to the formal classification, the preamble can be identified by its content. In essence, the preface does not require a specific position in the Constitution, but rather requires specific content. 2 It introduces the history and the core principles and values of the state behind the establishment of the Constitution.
