The Torch of Leadership

Failure to do so will endanger "the nationality and cultural character of the black community" to danger (Carmichael & Hamilton, 1967, p. 55). Most importantly, passing "torch path" to the hip-hop generation can represent the evolutionary stage of collective health of the black community. Young people can now define their destiny according to their circumstances. Black power is realized based on self-determination and self-help activities

As the leaders explained and explained by Kouzes and Posner are participating in five leadership practices I agree that these five practices pushed the organization from ground to torch tip to various levels . However, in contrast to the five exemplary leadership practices above, there are several leadership practices. When I work at an IT company, I can associate this with my past experience. The team leader announced that we will convert our software development model from traditional methods to agile scrum. Everyone agrees to follow the new model, but the leader himself does not follow the pattern that can not prove that promise. When he failed to lead the team, the entire team and organization faced many problems.
