Marvins Marvin Lowery: The main point to note in this situation is that Marvin is dangerous to himself, regardless of whether Marvin poses a danger to others in the workplace. Please solve this problem. The briefing pointed out that he caused a careless accident. I think that this proves that he is dangerous to himself and to others. There is also a problem of suicide. I think that the best way is to discuss the type of consultation with the Human Resources department.

The main character is Marvin, a boys of the colonial era of the moon, I saw the earth for the first time after the earthquake at the age of 10. The narrator tells stories through Marvin 's eyes and reveals details of Marvin' s observations; as a result, the reader experienced the effects of the destroyed Earth simultaneously with Marvin. When Marvin learned that his father took him to the moon, he was very excited. Marvin was even more excited when they entered the reconnaissance car and started driving. He saw the surface of the moon with the moon colony photos and television, but the close-up surface is more spectacular. The same can be said about stars. And when they are in the colony, Marvin and colonies of other months can not see it. But when Marvin saw his first rise in the planet, his happiness became fearful. Marvin's father told him how human beings destroyed themselves.

Marvin 's father was one of the earliest colonial members on the moon, and kept silence in most stories. A narrator telling stories through the eyes of Marvin realized that at some point in the dark journey of the moon, the father drives fast and recklessly as if he is trying to escape something. When they arrived at the place where Marvin and his father observe the earth, Marvin saw the radioactive earth and understood the reason. Because Marvin's father lived on the earth, he knew he was forcibly expelled in the artificial environment of Moon Colony. When they witnessed the rise of the earth, Marvin 's father told him the story of the atomic bomb war that hanged his colony on the moon and the struggle they had to survive. More importantly, he left Marvin the importance of survival and breeding so that Marvin's descendants could return to Earth someday after the radiation ceases to exist.
