Leadership, service, and personality are very important to me. Without these three attributes, I can not change the world. They are the backbone of President Obama and Bill Gates. If I do not understand the importance of these three features, I will not be myself today. They will help me succeed. Most importantly, they help me to create conditions to realize my full potential and to succeed, meaning, and a happy life. Leadership is defined as "command of the group". For me, leadership is to make the team the best for everyone.
