I think that I dislike you will like this book. This is definitely a broken fairy tale - three small wolves heading to the world to build a house, frustrated by truly devilish pigs. Pigs used hammers to destroy brick houses, concrete houses used pneumatic drills, armored houses used explosives. Illustrations are beautiful despite violence. I teach in Arizona and one student says that javelin is going to his garden often, so I have a special place in my heart. This is truly a wonderful Southwest adaptation.
