The Theory of Knowledge

Production knowledge is always a fundamental aspect of humanity. As curious people, we will try to discover new facts, create new inventions and define new ideas. Interest in this quest advances us as a society, but the way we use it to achieve these goals may be morally correct or may be argued erroneously. Because everyone has their own view of morally correct understanding, moral judgment is often different, limiting the ability of moral judgment and limiting the generation of knowledge.

Modern knowledge theory was introduced with his "critic system" by famous philosopher Emmanuel Kant. Some authors believe that knowledge is part of the philosophy of the term epistemology, but now it has evolved into independent science. Education of knowledge, organization of libraries, and many other very practical implementations. For me, knowledge theory is the most useful subject at school as it provides me the basis for solving any problems, questions and challenges in my daily life. The way we study and think about knowledge is a tool in our hands.

According to the knowledge theory guide issued on behalf of the International Baccalauré Organization (IBO), the purpose of the Knowledge Theory Course is to encourage students to "consider the nature of knowledge and ponder all learning processes". At the center of the IB Diploma is the Knowledge Theory (ToK) course. It is a central element of IB research and summarizes the main knowledge students learn in various subjects.
