The Task

It was a quiet afternoon and was interrupted by knocking on the door. Messenger received the letter. I took the letter and began to read. This is my father's job. That old man is sick and asks me to appear soon. I gathered my own and loaded my best horse. I arrived at my father 's house before dark, and one of his excellent maids entered. Her name is Margaret. She has taken care of my father. A tall young lady is always dark.

There are five sub-tasks. One is a text task, two are visual tasks, and two are digital series. The text task involves interpreting a series of characters to find up to 20 words. For visual tasks, subjects need to select the shape that best matches the pattern. Subjects are displayed in four forms, and you need to select shapes that do not belong. There are ten visual selection problems and there are two such visual challenges (ie two sets of ten visual exercises). Subjects completed two series of exercises, each with 10 questions

Required: Under prerequisites, supplementary tasks are displayed when the subject completes the main task. In this case, subjects are interrupted at different time intervals and are forced to complete other tasks by pop-ups. Interrupt tasks must be completed before the user resumes the main task. In this case, one of the visual exercises covers the screen and the subject needs to answer as much of the answer as possible before the task expires. When the time limit is reached, the subject returns to the main task screen.

Regarding the task difficulty, Czerwinski et al. (2004) I found that complicated tasks are more difficult to recover. However, taking into account a series of tasks, difficulty affects the tasks, subjects decided to be pursued by the subject, the order of execution, and the degree of interlacing (Yeung, 2010). When faced with multiple tasks, people can strategically control their distribution of attention to maximize their interests and achieve specific performance goals (Duggan et al., 2013; Janssen and Brumby , 2010; Janssen et al., 2011).

Complex tasks require more cognitive tasks than simple tasks, and task performance is affected. But the same work can be difficult for someone and easier for another person. Maynard and Hakel (1997) pointed out that task execution depends not only on the complexity of objective tasks but also on the subjective perception of task difficulties. It is therefore recommended that performance be affected differently by discretion or forced interruption depending on the subjective difficulties of immediate work. In addition, performance is affected by primary and outbound tasks.
