The Tao At Work

The book chosen for this report is Stanley M. Herman's "Path to Work: About Leadership and Follow Up". At first glance, it seems to be a very small amount (only 133 pages), but it is not "fast reading". The content consists of 81 poetry and a dozen short stories. It is said that these verses were decided by a man named Laozi, a 2500-year-old Tao's modern translation, the legacy of wisdom left behind its descendants. A short story of this book was written by the author to explain the interpretation and adaptation of contemporary work life and the Taoism philosophy of leader-people relations.

However, HIVA is a project that is growing from the direct community work of Britton Shepherdson in Rapa Nui through his TAO program. TAO has partnered with local youths and companies to establish internships and partnerships focusing on Easter Island's education, culture, nature conservation and cultural identity. Through years of collaborative work, Dr. Shepherdon has started attracting the attention of potential donors who want this activity to continue in the future.
