Loyalty is to faithfully observe your duties and promises. In today's world, such features may not be obvious; however, it stands out in Anglo-Saxon society. The pattern of dependence on loyalty is the foundation of Anglo-Saxon's life. It arises from the need to protect individuals from terrible destruction of enemy's wild. Loyalty, a very important ideal of Anglo-Saxon can be seen in many works of that era. In the epic "Beowulf", the author uses the character of the woman, the symbolic meaning of Heorot Hall, and the depiction of brotherly love, indicating the need for loyalty to maintain harmony in society.

Horothgar 's wonderful instrumental hall, Heorot ("Hart Hall") has both scenes and symbols in epics. It's more than just a drinking place. Symbolically, Heorot represents the achievements of Scyldings, especially Hrothgar, and the level of those civilizations. The hall is the home of a soldier who sleeps there and serves as a seat for the government. In contrast to Glendell's pathological wetlands and the darkness and coldness of Scandinavia, it is a place full of light, warmth and joy. At Heorot, Hrothgar celebrates his victory and rewards his warriors with various treasures. This building is like a palace. It rises in the sky compared to the cliffs. The gable is shaped like a horn 's horn. People from neighboring tribes will proudly contribute to rich decoration and complex design. Hall is also symbolic as it is the background of Beowulf's first major battle and Glendell's failure.
In Beowulf, Heorot is explained as a hall built by Denmark King Hrothgar for his village. As part of the daily ritual, everyone drinks and socializes with Heorot. Beowulf's Heorot literally means "heart hole" and heart is a stag. In this poem, the author wrote: "The men are not obsessed, they were able to tell the wooden of the hall, were wonderfully decorated with gold, the most important hall is under the sky; that light shines in many places "It shows the magnificence and respect of the royal family (pp. 306 - 311). Glendell attacked the holeroot with a fierce enemy and made Beowulf look for him.All except Beowulf, everyone concerned about Glendell Beowulf is responsible for defending Herrot, so Beowulf murdered Glendell and let Herrot attack Grundel again.
