The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has many different places in the Supreme Court for many years. Looking for a permanent home for the most powerful court is working hard. Initially, the meeting was held at a commercial exchange building in New York City. The court then went to Philadelphia to the capital of the country in 1790. In 1800, the court relocated to Washington DC. At first they spent time in many places. The place where the Supreme Court is currently located is in the first street in the northeastern part of Washington DC.

The most important institution of the Supreme Court is the General Assembly consisting of the President of the Supreme Court, the Vice President of the Supreme Court, the Directors of each department, the Chairman and other Supreme Court judges. This meeting was held in private. Plenary discussed the Supreme Court's "Rules of Procedure" and expressed an opinion on the court's decision on specific issues in two areas or conflict issues between departments for unanimous decision of the Supreme Court.

In Sweden, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court serve as the Supreme Court of the country. The Supreme Administrative Court will hear disputes between individuals and administrative agencies, and disputes between administrative agencies, but the Supreme Court will hear all other incidents. Judges are appointed by the government. In most cases, if the lawsuit involves setting a precedent for the interpretation of the law, the Supreme Court will only approve the appeal of the case (prior request). The exception is that the Supreme Court is a matter of the trial court. Such cases include application for reconsideration of criminal cases based on new evidence and prosecution against the current government minister for serious negligence.

On August 30, 1967, the first black people were appointed to the US Supreme Court. On April 4, 1968, Martin Luther King Jr. was shot outside the room at Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee. The assassination of the King brought demos and gatherings throughout the United States, and a riot occurred in over 100 cities. In this struggle 46 people were killed and 20,000 people were arrested. From 5 April to 11 April, 50 thousand federal and state governments requested that order to be maintained. President Lyndon Johnson announced April 7 as the official date of mourning. Kim died at the age of 38.
