The authors used data from case studies of individual corporate resource planning (ERP). The focus of this survey lies in IT governance as an important success factor within the organization. This article helps my research as it identifies one of the most important roles for effective IT governance within an organization.

Mbat (2001: 3) defines financial management as the planning, organization, direction, and management of the company's financial resources. One of the common features of successful entrepreneurs is their ability to raise funds. Funds raised either internally or externally must be appropriately managed to ensure that sufficient funds are always available to satisfy the day-to-day operations of the business.

In short, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) means that it can be defined as a plan for managing resources within the enterprise, by name. ERP is part of the enterprise management system (EMS). EMS is defined as a system that manages enterprises using various resources that can be used to manage companies. It has various components, ERP is one of them. In EMS, the ERP system plays an important role in making big decisions through it. The ERP system handles the planning and use of resources in the business. Resources are finance, materials, manufacturing, capacity and human resources. ERP provides a way to access the resources required for a specific business plan to achieve a specific business goal. It also helps to execute plans, decisions, and actions on a timed basis. ERP provides a support system and updates and reports on various functions during the trading process.
