The Study of Psychology

Psychology Research As a psychology major in Iowa Northern University, I like to study human interactions and personal processes. I have been studying various psychology courses and learned that I am particularly interested in psychological problems in the business environment. In order to better understand the business environment, I decided to double Bachelor 's degree to obtain B.A. From the management point of view, we focus on human resources. When I continued pursuing two problems in the work environment, it was very interesting and excited.

There are many misunderstandings in the field of psychology, especially because of the diversity and the professions related to psychology research are different. Psychology is actually the science and field of academic and applied fields, including the relationship between human thought and human behavior. The purpose of psychology is to understand, interpret and predict human thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Psychology involves different learning and application fields in different fields.

Introduction This research will study the field of psychology, ie social psychology. In psychology, social psychology is a structured study on how subjective thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of people are subjective through the existence of others. Social psychologists will study how individual influences and view of groups change with social influences and communication of other individuals and social groups. In this study, an important contribution to the social psychology of the consensus topic was social justice research (Jost & Kay, 2010), racial discrimination and prejudice (Ross, Lepper, & Ward, 2010). In the theme of social justice, subjects of equality, fairness, freedom, morality were studied. The rapid increase in academic interest in social justice after World War II was partly due to the political interest of anti-fascism. However, issues related to social equality still have practical significance today.

One of my favorite subjects was social psychology while studying AB psychology at De La Salle University in Manila. Social psychology focuses on people's behavior, thoughts and emotions in the social environment. It is also related to how people's behavior, thinking and feelings change, depending on how others (social environment) responds to them or perceives them. Where can I get this? Through my college life, I have been educated and trained to gain insight into details and factors that affect my personal development. As I mentioned earlier, I am looking forward to paying close attention to how external social factors affect my behavior and decision-making skills. Let's share an example with you - what I often encounter in my work environment
