The Study of Moral Judgements

Understanding the mechanisms by which they are formed is important because moral judgments form an important part of routine interaction. Moral judgment has long been the subject of social psychology, but only recently it was studied about the mechanism of this judgment. Current research suggests that the concrete context of moral decisions has a profound effect on the results of judgment (Van Bavel, Packer, Johnsen Haas, and Cunningham, 2012). Further research on moral judgment suggests that attention may play an important role in the formation of these judgments (Kastner, 2010).

Morality is based on the moral judgment of values, beliefs, and attitudes owned by individuals or groups (Polit and Hungler, 1999). Ethical significance is essential for protecting the rights of individuals involved in research (Parahoo, 1997). Parahoo (1997) explains the framework of six ethical principles that nurses can use to protect patients from harm. These principles are kindness, non-generosity, loyalty, justice, truth, and confidentiality obligation and will be defined separately in the future. Ethical approval of the proposed research is required by the hospital ethics committee conducting the research. Once approved and you gain access to potential participants, people meeting selection criteria will be notified to invite them to participate in the study. Informed consent is obtained. Individual rights as individuals should always be at the forefront of research proposals (Polit and Hingler, 1999).

Morality is the study of behavioral norms and moral judgments, or moral systems and ethics (concepts of good and evil). Vocational ethics includes applying recognized principles or ethical principles to specific vocational practices. Personal, collective or professional ethical behavior and behavior are consistent with values, ethics and behavioral standards. The biologist Mark Hauser's study contains a series of virtual moral choices that show that there is no statistically significant difference between atheists and religious believers' moral decisions and members of Kuna. Kuna is a small tribe in Central America. There is neither contact with Westerners nor formal religious beliefs. Most theory of ethics is based on some form of 'sacred command' theory that, at least in part, if you order God to be moral, it is immoral if you forbid it. Most religions claim that one god has produced morality and issued a moral order to humans, so that their moral system, regardless of order, will eventually become a moral system to this God It is based on obedience. Normally disobedience and interrogation are not allowed, and the threat of punishment for disobedience (even eternal punishment) is a prominent feature of most religions.
