There are many models and theories that contribute to the learning process of adults. When most educators think about adult learning processes, they usually consider learning first. According to Malcolm Knowles, Andragoggy is "art and science to help other people learn" (Merriam, Caffarella, and Baumgartner, 2007). "Andragogy is a learning strategy centered on adults, which is often interpreted as a process of bringing adult learners into the structure of learning experiences (Clardy, 2005).
