The purpose of this paper is to explain and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the behavioral approach from the viewpoint of ability to interpret behavior. This article outlines the historical development of a behavioral approach, including psychologists from Watson to Bandura. In this article, we explain the various aspects of behaviorism from classical conditioning to social learning theory in detail, and explain the advantages and disadvantages surrounding these theories.
Behaviorists account for maladaptive behaviors based on maintaining and maintaining learning principles. Discussing this sentence, we show that behavioral therapy is in stark contrast to psychoanalytic methods. In this article, I will first explain the main principles and theories that support behavioral psychology. Next, how behavior theory gives therapists insight into causes of maladaptive behaviors, outlines ways to maintain and maintain them. After discussing the main behavioral principles and the relationship between these behavioral behaviors, we compare and contrast the behavioral approach with the psychoanalytic (Floyd) approach. I will also comment on ethical issues. In particular, they are related to some experiments on which behaviorism and theory are based.
The basic assumption for describing and evaluating the behavioral approach to behavioralism is that all actions are learned through human experience in their environment. From this, we can see that the behaviorist stands on the natural side in the discussion of "nature and cultivation". By contrast, biopsychologists firmly stand on the side of cultivation. There is also a discussion among behaviorists about whether they can better learn behavior through positive or negative reinforcement. Positive Part 1: Explain and evaluate your attitude and motivation about your role and workplace using appropriate theory. Employee motivation is always the central issue of employers, managerial positions or leaders. Most motivated employees hardly work, avoid jobs and workplaces as much as possible, grasp the opportunity to quit their work, and do high quality work.
