Kosovo Radio (RTK) is a public broadcaster. According to a survey conducted by Index Kosova, RTK is the most noteworthy and trusted television station in Kosovo / a.61. It consists of TV Kosovo, two radio stations, Kosovo Radio and Blue Sky Radio. On July 28, 1999, the Prishtina radio station was later renamed Radio Kosova, the first television station to broadcast the radio. The Kosovo television station began broadcasting in September 1999 and in October of the same year it integrated to the entity - the radio TV Kosovo (RTK). It was founded by OSCE with the support of the European Broadcasting Union. In 2000, RTK also integrated Blue Sky Radio of UNMIK Radio 62. So far RTK funds are brought by the EAR, government donations such as Switzerland, Japan, Sweden and Kosovo reservations.
