What is the difference between the target statements and individual statements? The source has not yet reached consensus on the differences between personal statements and objective statements. Personal statements should explain your personal history and past experiences more and it has been told that the statement of purpose is to be more future oriented and to use special words about future work . Others say that personal statement should be more attractive, autobiographical and anecdotal, and objective statements should be more direct and closer to your academic research.
