The Spanish Revolution

Since the beginning of the Spanish revolution in 1930, the Spanish struggle has not decreased. For a long time the army stalled and was balanced between the property owner and the poor. Now the balance is broken. The problem Spain is facing is Communism or Fascism. Instead of using ballot papers, use bullets and ruthless civil war to solve this problem. The political revolution is gradually becoming a social revolution.

This book tries to overdo it. This is the first and most important introduction to the growing democratic movement in Spain. But this is also the long history of the Spanish Revolution. These are two very different books weaving together. I fell in love with Podemos' achievement, so I'm very happy to see a piece about them. I am familiar with American history. To teach children sometimes sterilized textbook versions so that they can pass the AP test. However, this book has become wonderful by drawing characters in American history. For example, I did not know that "New York Tribune" hired both Marx and Engels as a foreign journalist, and Lincoln did not know that Marx is very familiar with Marx's idea . To be honest, I do not even know who Fannie Wright is, or she has had a big influence in Thomas Jefferson's past years.

Comparing the Russian and Spanish revolution, we can see that the Russians move much faster than the Spaniards. It took Russians only nine months to complete the revolution and limit it by workers' control. It is six years since the first "February" of the 1930 Spanish Revolution. Spaniards did not go ahead of Russians at the end of six months. The main reason for this slowing down is that the Russian revolution took place in a horrible time of the First World War. The problem has to be solved as soon as possible. Another reason for that slowness is that there is no real revolutionary party in Spain. Unlike existing Lenin and true Bolshevik Party in Russia, after a long period of trials and power in Spain, workers now have to start forming a true revolutionary organization. Spanish workers are seeking their way, they have to create their revolutionary party in battle. This is an expensive and slow process.
