Drought has caused many conflicts among the various groups that need water, and now politics is trying to organize where all the water goes. California has three major water fields every year. It is human needs, agriculture, and environmental support. Since the main concern is to support human rights to water and food, the environment usually receives the least amount of water from three water.

It is necessary to clearly say that the solution to the Aral Sea problem relies on the extra amount of water movement, whether from the Siberian river or from other sources. . As additional water supply to Central Asia is most closely related to further expansion plans in irrigated areas, all these projects suffer serious risk of a significant increase in artificial pressure on nature.

To design infrastructure solutions for sea level rise and storm surge, a great investment is required. As the sea level rises, coastline communities are forced to adapt to new reality.
