The Social Contract Theory

Thomas Hobbs first talked about social contracts. Hobbes was the most important British philosopher of the 17th century. Hobbes explained what he called "the natural state". Well, in order to understand the state of nature, if there is no law, police, court, there is no way to force social rules, we need to think about what kind of life will be. This is the state of nature. Everyone needs the same basic content, but not enough to bypass, so everyone will eventually compete for them.

In this article, I will briefly introduce the social contract theory by Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau. I will explain what social contract theory is and why.
