Ray Bradbury was born in Wkekegan, Illinois on August 22, 1920. He is a scientific, horrible, mysterious novelist. He wrote many books like such a Martian chronicle, this evil thing has come, and of course Faheriheit 451
The main character of the novel "Fahrenheit 451" is called Guymon Tag (known as Montag), he is a firefighter. In this universe, firefighters do not extinguish the fire and burn the book. People in this novel can not think about themselves, can not read books, or can not make meaningful conversations. Instead, they are always operated by television and "shell radio" headphones. At this point, Montag was another manipulated citizen until he met a girl named Clarice who changed the overall view of things. From now on, Montag will independently think and try to read the Bible. He was caught by his wife soon and his name was Beitti firefighter captain who burned them.
- In the early stages of Montag's wife, Mildred ignored her husband. This is because all technologies hinder their relationship. She needs more headphones and a cinema (TV) than her husband does.
- Conflict indicates the value of interpersonal relationship. She is an outsider of this society, as she often participates in the dialogue and walks as a pedestrian, so she does not meet social norms (this is illegal)
- The "firefighter" in the novel burns the book because it provides an alternative viewpoint for you. The book also includes knowledge and ideals that might threaten the government. Ignorous society is easier to manage than educated and knowledgeable society.
-Cattain Beatty tells you how they started reviewing and burning books and tell you how they started to burn books. No matter how small the person said, "People with color do not like small black sambo. Please burn, please do not care about Uncle Tom's hut. Please burn Someone told me about tobacco and cancer books Do people cry, is it burning please burn it please burn everything and burn everything.
He plays a stronger role for women or African American characters, which I believe is the first step in large-scale censorship and book burning.
The government does not allow the accumulation of knowledge as they do not want anyone to be smarter than others. If everyone is puzzled by knowledge and interest, they will not pose a threat to the dominant dictatorship.
- Because humans are overly dependent on machines, humans lose the ability to complete the simplest task. Ignorance is the normal state of citizens, as they watch boring TV, take medicine as they fall asleep, and temporarily forget the pain of their existence. They are also mechanical hound dogs, illegal that so-called criminals have not touched
- The emotions in the novel are very futuristic, frustrated and dark. The assumption of Claris' disappearance and death reminds people of this cold and unpredictable world once more. The only bright thing in this novel is that the exiles come back to the city devastated by war and are trying to reconstruct them freely.
