Joseph Campbell became the most famous scholar in the world of religion because of his "mythical power". In his long-term career in the study of world religion, Campbell discovered a powerful and often repetitive idea that planted all the religious traditions of the world. It means that the story that he calls myths is part of or part of all religions, and it is about to answer almost the same basic question. The power of these myths is that they are very basic for all human inquiries.
Snakes - Ancient Greeks believed snakes have healing power. The snake represents regeneration (related to snake molting or molting), a symbol of life and death (Snake is used as medicine and poison), and wisdom. They used non-toxic snakes called escras pian snakes at their healing temple (Asclepire). Hygieia (goddess of health and sanitation) and Panacea (healing goddess), two daughters of Asklepios, have a snake in the sculpture. Please note the use of snakes in the Hygieia bowl, Hygieia symbol, Asclepius daughter, and sanitary goddess (preventive medicine). The picture of "Asclepios and Hugia" is the relief of the marble of the Terme, Terme in the 5th century BC. It is currently stored in Istanbul Archeology Museum. India is often called the country of snakes, traditionally being soaked in snakes. Even today, snakes are still worshiped as gods, and many women are pouring milk into snake pits (snakes dislike milk). Cobra can be seen at Shiva's neck, Vishnu is often drawn as sleeping with seven snakes and snake coils. In India there are also some temples used only for cobra called King of Snakes thought to be a symbol of reproductive ability.
