The Shaft Graves of Mycenae

Mycenae's tomb shaft has been used by many people to establish the social organizational framework of Mycenae culture. The world of Mycenae was developed in the late Bronze Age of Hradec continental and Crete, the most impressive elements are pottery style and luxurious burial habits. Discovered Shaft Graves is a grave close to the vertical shaft seen in Bronze Age Mycenae in Greece, usually with stones and beams lined up. Mycenae has two serious circles that can be used to analyze the social organization of the city.

In 1876, German archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann found a graveyard named Grave V in "Grave Circle A, Mycenae". The mask is one out of five in two of the four crown tombs of Mycenae Mycenae and the tomb. The face of the two children in tomb 3 was covered with gold leaf and the other was covered with eyelet. The mask was designed as a funeral mask covered with gold. Not all men 's faces are wearing masks. The suggestion that they are men and soldiers is that their graves have weapons. The amount of gold and carefully processed artifacts shows honor, wealth, and status. The custom of gold leaf clothing leaders is well known elsewhere. The mask of Agamemnon was named for Sleeman after the legendary Greek king, Hory's Ilead. This mask adorns the body in the grave of Mycenae. Schlieman regards this as evidence that the Trojan War is a true historical event

In Mycenae, the tombs of these "shafts" - deep rectangular pit, dead body - covered a grave over a century from 1600 to 1500 years ago. Early tombs produced several bronze weapons (swords, dagger, spears and knives) and the number of local potteries, but it was a small amount of gold and jewelry. In contrast, there are hundreds of expensive items, including weapons (43 swords etc) and gold jewelry that adorns the female body, in the tomb after the body of 3 men and 2 females .
