The Seven Wonders of Ancient World

It is thought that the statue of Zeus was destroyed by the fire of Laceyon or destroyed when it was burned. It is known as Alexandria's lighthouse and Alexander's Faros (the lighthouse). The lighthouse was a Greek architect and engineer Costa Status of Cnidus (Woods). The lighthouse is built on a stone foundation and consists of huge thick stones; the Watchtower is made of marble blocks and is fixed with molten lead. The Alexandria lighthouse is located in Alexandria, Egypt, is actually located on a small limestone island in front of the harbor and is built on Faros Island to guide trade boats.

From nature to modern technology, the world is obsessed with many miraculous miracles. But first of all, it is the seven wonders of the ancient world. These seven ancient wonders are Egyptian Great pyramid, Babylon's hanging garden, Olympia's Zeus statue, Ephesus's Artemis Temple, Halicarnassus's Tomb and Alexandria's Lighthouse. These seven wonderful miracles surround the Mediterranean from Egypt to Greece, Asia Asia, and now Turkey and then to Syria.

Before we visited the temple, I had the idea that it was one of the seven wonders of the world. Well, the classic seven Wonders list in the ancient world contains only the monuments around the Mediterranean Sea. There are several other miracles in the world, such as nature, engineering, and wonders of the industry. Though not listed in these lists, Angkor Wat is often considered "the eighth wonders of the world". About 100 years after the Bayou Temple was built, the relief of the Angkor Wat and the outside gallery was quite different from what was seen at Angkor Wat. They include the types of scenes in everyday life markets, fishing, festivals with cockfighting and jugglers, and historical scenes of battles and parades. The relief is engraved deeper than Angkor Wat, but the expression form is not very detailed and not stylized. I think these faces are very attractive, you almost can not see relief.
