The legislature provides the law for our country. They can make bills and if it is not signed it will be rejected sent to Congress and then two thirds of the votes must be invoices (Little and Ogle, 32 ). This reflects the movement and provides time to get Congressional opinion. For example, Congress has the authority to impeach and dismiss federal judges (Little and Ogle, 200). Separation of power includes separation of government laws, functions of administrative department and judicial division.
