The Secrets to Be Innovative

Working in places with a lot of hard and faint stuff around the office will not make them creative and lower productivity. As the team enters the proper working environment, ideas flow naturally.

Organizations dealing with unstable environments know the secret. This secret is innovation. "We must change to survive" (Bob Jordon). Organizations have to innovate, they die. The real danger is not in the environment. This is the response of the organization. Google bought YouTube to deal with that huge competitor. Buy YouTube to functionally enhance it; then react. In order to face IBM, Oracle bought Sun to enhance its capabilities. These initiatives are consistent with an innovative approach

Despite the noise, the open plan office is still popular. Startup owns them and as their startups innovate, their offices must master the secrets of innovation. (N.B. Share the true secret of innovation at the end of this article.) Large companies adopt them, work together, and build a more or less modern office space. However, there is much evidence that open offices are very harmful to productivity and work quality. In the startup and collaborative work space, we adopt open spaces. This is not because it is better than the traditional office, but because it is cheaper and make full use of floor space. If you see the majority of people in the open plan office, they now look like this person, wearing earmuffs can interfere with the noise. In my last company, it turned out that our own open office was damaging people's concentration and action power.
