In order to face IBM, Oracle bought Sun to enhance its capabilities. These initiatives are consistent with an innovative approach

Despite the noise, the open plan office is still popular. Startup owns them and as their startups innovate, their offices must master the secrets of innovation. (N.B. Share the true secret of innovation at the end of this article.) Large companies adopt them, work together, and build a more or less modern office space. However, there is much evidence that open offices are very harmful to productivity and work quality. In the startup and collaborative work space, we adopt open spaces.
