People were concerned that our judicial system made many decisions in a democratic way and that it was part of the history of the country (Jost). In our country, Dread Scott v. Sandford there are some terrible decisions; but in retrospect anyone can agree on these decisions, Brown v. Board of Education. There are still some decisions to divide us between the country, Bush vs Goa and Roy Weid. Our current judicial system has many problems but as far as I can tell, problems from there will not come from quick solution and may have to coexist with some of them not.
There was a lot of discussion recently about the jurisdiction of the empire. Conservatives generally hate judicial extremism, or what they call judicial legislation. But in Florida's intertwining, in my opinion, various judicial organs are released more than any other theaters. Candidates are always shameless and selfish, the legislature rethinks the parties, only the courts and judges are actually going backwards to understand things.
Regardless of the outcome of the election, four challengers won. They revealed their judicial critics as hypocrites and revealed inappropriate efforts of our judicial senior members to set obstacles for the exercise of constitutional rights. By showing the courage they need to stand up against these obstacles, they set examples and we all obey the suit. By forcing the incumbent judge to actually spend time with voters, they satisfy what Nelson Algeren called "a difficult need for putting judges on benches".
Background and Comments The Judicial Office may face an uncertain Federal budget environment where the Congressional expropriation committee may limit the ability to meet the judicial funding requirements. Uncertainties and deficiencies, once they occur, bring special challenges to the staff room, probation office and pre-trial service room, and federal defense organization to ensure proper operation. The jury also needs resources. Compensation for the jury is still limited and inadequate compensation creates economic difficulties for many juries. In addition, although the judiciary made progress to secure the necessary space, there is a lawsuit in the court that there are narrow, misconfigured and there is no safe hallway separate from the prisoners appearing in court. As judicial facilities continue to deteriorate, additional funding will be required to provide appropriate maintenance and maintain the function of the court.
