The Rule of Law in America

Many people ask why our founder's father is not a male but wants to rule the United States through the rule of law. Furthermore, how does this make us different from other countries? Many people do not know what the rule of law is, and the rule of law is the first principle to require the law to govern everyone. The rule of law also requires that the same law governs all citizens. Founder Samuel Adams said that the rule of law means "rich and poor people should have the law of justice; the court's favorites and husband of the cultivation". Many people think that our foundings are likely to weaken the government sufficiently, so we would rather rule over men

The rule of law is also an important principle of American democracy. However, in the past, the rule of law in the United States has often been distorted by mobs. Anyone who has studied the history of racial relations in the USA can understand why African Americans are not particularly motivated by the request of "rule of law". They were always exceptions. White men spent the day in court, but black men were driven from prison, "strange fruit hanging from poplar tree", tortured and died slowly.

There are many differences as to what the rule of law does mean.
