The Rubber Tree (Hevea brasiliensis)

The rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) is a precious commodity in today's economy. Numerous products including gaskets, gloves, gaskets, pipes, waterproof clothing, toys, rubber, belts, elastomers, cork and wire insulation are made from it. The greatest use of rubber is the manufacture of pneumatic tires. It accounts for 60% to 70% of the world total annual production. Since the industrial revolution began, the demand for rubber has increased dramatically.

Latex is a viscose protective secretion that protects plants from herbivores. Many trees produce it when they are hurt, but the main source of latex used to make natural rubber is Hevea brasiliensis. Natural rubber was originally used for manufacturing resilient balls and waterproof sheets, but now it is mainly used for tires with low durability of synthetic materials. The latex which oozes out from the Balata tree (Manilkara bidentata) is used to make golf balls similar to rubber made from latex of paraquium of "getah perca" tree. It is also used as an insulator especially for submarine cables, dentistry, canes and buttocks. At present it is basically replaced by synthetic material

Seringueiros (derived from seringueira or rubber plants) extract natural latex directly from the rubber tree trunk (Hevea brasiliensis) by placing small cuts in the bark. It takes at least 5 hours to fill the small container with the latex and it takes 2 years to place a new break in the same tree. To process liquid rubber into a sheet that can be used for the manufacture of rubber sole, seringueiros uses a new technology developed by Professor Floriano Pastore of the University of Brasilia called FDL (Folha desfumada liquida, or liquid smoked tablet). With FDL, you can convert latex to rubber sheet with rubber tapping machine without industrial intermediate step. Once extracted, filtered and purified, the latex is stretched and "smeared" onto the organic cotton canvas and then cured outdoors and dried to produce a high quality product. Php? Latex fruit syndrome is a health problem associated with very similar proteins found in certain proteins contained in natural rubber (from Hevea brasiliensis) and certain foods such as bananas. For useful information on this topic, please see our article "Summary of bad food response". In order to make it easier to identify food containing high levels of nutrients, we created a food evaluation system. With this system, you can emphasize foods that are particularly abundant in certain nutrients. The image below shows the quality of this food, very good, or excellent nutrition source (Below the graph there is a table explaining these qualifications). If nutrients are not listed on the chart, it does not necessarily mean that the food does not contain nutrients.
