"War may fight weapons, but they are won by people" ("George S. Burton"). This sentence is said by the greatest and most influential general of Americans General George Paton we have possessed so far. During childhood and military training, no one would have thought that Barton could lead the Third Army someday and play an important role in defeating the Germans in the Second World War. As a child or adult, Barton does not have excellent academic ability and often tries to read handwritten papers.
Barton can be regarded as one of the most successful leaders of his era. And because of his roughness and technique he is not only the most common but also for his preparation. "His military career was one of the most colorful military leaders of the entire 20th century." Burton's military career was one of the other outstanding generals in the Second World War. When Burton graduated, he was appointed the second lieutenant. In the second half of 1916, a villa in Francisco "Poncho" in Mexico's gang caused some problems in the United States and killed 16 Americans in New Mexico. President Woodrow Wilson appointed General John Joseph Pershing to pursue a villa. General Pershing chose Barton and carried out a special mission. On the first day of the mission, Barton took out Vera 's three followers. This was surprising for Pershing, until Patton decided to link the two bodies to several fences. Patterton 's response to this behavior is a very short sentence.
That was in 1917, America just declared war with Germany. Barton again got the opportunity to serve under the guidance of General Blackjack ยท Pershing. Pershing promoted Barton to captain and appointed him as commander of tank troops in the US military. This is not an easy task for Captain Burton, as he has to develop a training plan and a strategy for the advancement of the tank new technology. This is the first leadership challenge for Barton and it sets the condition on how he can deal with all other challenges in life. He was the "First Tank Commander" (Reagan, 1960) and he took on the difficult task of making the first tank command in Europe.
