School librarians in the 21st century are no longer the caretaker of the library. Technology changes the educational system and the way children educate. In this article, we will explain the many roles and problems that teacher librarians play in building a flexible 21st century learning environment. This paper attempts to identify several issues that impede the effective implementation of distance learning. It explains the features of distance learning and how to use the new technology to achieve ideal learning outcomes among learners. This survey highlights the strengths and weaknesses of distance education and explains recommendations to maximize the benefits.

This is the latest issue of our interview series "Where is the general theory of the 21st century?" "Where is the general theory of the 21st century?" Is an interview series exploring the development of macroeconomics since the great recession. Just like the "Keynesian Revolution" after the Great Depression, have you had a revolutionary change in macroeconomics since 2008? Why did not economists suggest new general theory after Great Depression? Please give answers to these questions to influential economists.

Part of the reason why game theory is very interesting is that it can be applied to many fields. In all aspects of economics, psychology, biology, we see game theory promotes understanding of each field. In the latter field, I found the concept of evolutionary game theory. In biology, game theory is used to study the evolution of the population over time. Basically, in any ecosystem that prove Darwin's competition, we all see a group of actors that adopt different strategies to achieve long-term survival and breeding. According to the basic rules of a given system, this behavior leads to a new generation actor appearing after the round of games.
