The Role of Government in Allocating Rights and Duties

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, one of the most outstanding philosophers of the last century, wrote in his special novel "Little Prince" in 1943. Liberal policy emphasizes the need for the government to solve problems. Women have the right to decide what will happen to their bodies. Because the fetus is not a human life, it does not have another personal right. The government should abort the taxpayers for women who can not pay tax. Deciding on abortion is a personal choice for women who are fit for their body and the government must keep this right. Women have the right to receive affordable, safe and legal abortion, including several abortions.

One of the important functions of the government is to define and distribute property rights. The courts and government agencies will help to define and protect these rights.
