Lee Arthur Sr. is a faithful member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, an educator of the Saginaw Public Scool System and a head coach of the Saginaw High School women's softball and volleyball team. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity offers this scholarship to female graduates of Sagina High School who participated in softball and volleyball matches during high school. The Kappa Scholarship Foundation Foundation aims to tackle educational efforts on Washington, DC.
