In the past 50 years, the concept of the rise of the West has been closely reviewed. Prior to the 1950s, historians believed that the rise of Western Europe was due to it being doomed to happen; because Europe is the best and strongest. Luck, fate, fate helped Europe and America reach their level today. In the last 50 years many historians began to have disagreements. They believe that luck is the rise of the West, but they also see ideas, political climate, culture and economics as a driving force behind the rise of the Western.

The rise of the western side refers to the Western European era that held power due to many environmental, political and social factors. Many historians consider the rise of the Western period from 1450 to 1850. The proliferation of this power in Western Europe is due to the worldwide domination of Western Europe and the United States in the 21st century. - If Americans want to prevent family foreclosure, we need to address not only the branches and limbs but the fundamental or core of the problem. Solving the foreclosure is the same as attaching a band aid to a wound requiring surgery. The real problem is human behavior on our environment and government policy.
