The Right to Water

The world consists of people of all kinds. According to the Universal Human Rights Declaration, just because everyone is a human being has fundamental rights to be given when born. These human rights are universal. In other words, these rights apply to everyone in the world, regardless of sex, race, religion, sexual orientation and age. It is the central government responsible for the maintenance and implementation of these rights. However, these rights are guaranteed since birth, but in many cases the country violates these rights.

Water itself has no rights, but water is the source of life. Wild nature has no right to drink water, but all animals and plants depend on it. Water is the main resource that adapts the earth to life. Human presence has caused water rights. However, we should not decide how to exercise water rights only by human political culture. Water rights should not be exercised in politically dispersed jurisdictions, but in landscape hydrology it is not exercised. We can buy and sell water rights, but we also need to use water in harmony with the natural system. When using water, we must be residents of the earth as well as the citizens of the country.
