The Right to Die

The right of death is a form of murder that is euthanasia. This is a legitimate choice for ill or end-stage patients. Is it moral to help people commit suicide? These are just a few of the challenges that we are facing today. In many cases, this practice is limited, and in some states it is a legitimate practice. The court has decided who lives and who should die. Doctors and nurses were accused of murder because they helped to euthanize the patient. Their victory of Hippocrates is in danger.

The moral problem is whether the right of death can coexist with the right of life. Some people think that the right of life is impossible to transfer, they can not give up and therefore may not be compatible with the right to die. In bioethics, there is discussion as to whether the right of death is universal and applies only to certain situations (such as end stage illness) or existence. We have no right to death. Rights are moral claims. We have no requirement for death; on the contrary, we need us to die! Opponents of the right of legal death say that there is a limit to freedom. However, because there is a limit to freedom, the right of death does not exceed these limits. When people think that life is no longer worth living, taking action to prevent that person from receiving assistance of death can cause very serious harm. Society may limit people's freedom to prevent harm to others, but it is difficult to justify limiting people's freedom when such restrictions can lead to major injuries is.

By saying that smokers have "right to die", non smokers have the right "not to die" and non-smokers can also allow smoking cessation.
