Republic of Indonesia is an archipelago located in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Indonesia has 17,508 islands adjacent to Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Malaysia. Neighboring countries include Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, and the territories of the Andaman Islands and Nicobar Islands of India (4). The purpose of this paper is to further develop the situation awareness and to evaluate the whole country of Indonesia to provide insight into the status and capabilities of the country.
