Because men can not manage hormones, it is because of "diverting attention". The idea that a boy can not learn a brain strap or thin jeans can be incredible to believe is ridiculous. School's top priority is not to praise boys and humiliating girls from the choice of clothing, but to create a learning environment for everyone. I think that school clothing regulations are fair and should be implemented by everyone, not a specific gender.
