The Relationship Between The Crime Victim and The Criminal Justice System

Imagine, everything is gone, your wife was raped and cruelly slaughtered, your child was slaughtered in the garden, your husband, mother, father or brothers and sisters had ruthless torture for hours It only finally died in a few days, all the lives of your intended purpose have disappeared.

Victim learning is a scientific study of victims including victims and criminals, victims and the criminal justice system, and relationships with victims and other social groups and institutions such as media, business, social movements . Victims are victims of crime and other forms of human rights infringement, not necessarily criminal acts. Law enforcement officers are expected to better understand perpetrators by thoroughly reviewing the victims. From the victim's background, there is a possibility that important information on past activities and lifestyle can be obtained, which may lead to the creation of direct suspects.

This survey is the first of a series of ongoing projects to evaluate the complex relationship between criminal victims and the criminal justice system and the media. Despite the growing interest in the subjective experience of victims in the criminal justice system, their experience on the interaction between that system and the media has not been studied. The questions we are about to answer here are as follows. According to their subjective emotions, how about the personal voice the victims hear on these powerful and influential systems? After that, I will evaluate how the victims convey my message, and whether I consider the media to be a substitute when I think that the criminal justice system has failed.
