The Relationship between Man and Nature in Emerson and Thoreau Part 5

Please compare and contrast the relationship between Emerson and Thoreau human beings and nature. Ralph Waldo Emerson was born on May 25, 1803 and died in April 1882. He is a poet, lecturer, prose writer. Slowly he began to believe in his religion and social beliefs and began to learn philosophy like Plato (a priori, nature). With a philosophical study in mind, he made a speech on "American scholars" in 1837. In 1932 alone, "American scholars" became the most popular magazine, Emerson announced a speech to American people, his speech became a best seller and received many awards.

After American independence, the author started writing the relationship between man and nature, God and society This is called transcendence. Emerson and Thoreau are transcendentalists with similar views on life and nature.
