The Reasons behind the Cold War

During this period, the United States helped billions of dollars to allow European democrats to rebuild after the war. Stalin did not believe that Truman's actions were not sensitive to Russians suffering serious deaths and losses from the war and did not believe. As a result, Stalin refused to support Marshall Plan. This project relied on technologies that were not yet available, but this project aroused the fear of the Soviet Union and gave the US an advantage in negotiations. The project has never been fully deployed
